If we can resolve your issue via remote support in less than 1 hour, $65 is our cheapest rate. If we cant, there are so many variables that we can not give you a firm price until we diagnose the problem either via remote or with the computer in hard. Think of it this way…if your car is making a clicking sound, the repair shop can’t tell you a price until they look at it. Same goes with computer repair 🙂
